Mark E. Smith

Mark Edward Smith, lead vocalist of the British post-punk band The Fall (named after a Camus novel). Forming The Fall at the age of 19, he created a band that has for over 25 years created challenging and unpredictable music and winning critical acclaim for his unique lyrical and singing style successfully mixing elements of social realism, surrealism and absurdism.
